• Development of the onboarding/offboarding process and organization of related events (Get to know IKI, Newbie's Pizza)
• Coordination of IKI People development strategy
• Training organization
• Implementation of organizational culture projects (e.g. Strengths-based culture)
• Implementation of people development projects (e.g. Grow at IKI)
• Organization of internal educational initiatives (IKI TALKs, Hobby Spotlight)
• Analytics in all topics of responsibility
• Administrative work in all topics of responsibility

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5years of experience in HR field, preferably learning& development experience
• Strong prioritization & time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills & collaborativenes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages (both written and verbal)
