System Engineer (Backup)

• Operation of our global backup environment based on Veeam and Commvault
• Monitoring of our backup infrastructure and daily backups
• Operation of AWS/Azure based cloud infrastructure focussing on backups
• Processing of incidents/service requests including coordination of external service providers – also in an international enviroment
• Collaboration in the improvement of processes and procedures, also through automation
• Collaborate in infrastucture projects
• Participation in an on duty team

• Degree in IT / Computer Science / Network / Telecommunications
• Good experience in one of the mentioned backup tools (Veeam/Commvault)
• 2-3 years experience operating enterprise IT infrastructure
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge
• English – advanced
• Team-orientated, communicable, responsible

Nice to have:

• Good product and operational knowledge on Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows Server

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 2000 – 3000 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
