Sales & Marketing Specialist / Jr. Growth Hacker

Our flagship product enables hundreds of eCommerce brands to amplify their marketing efforts, boost customer retention and better the overall customer experience.
Work location - Klaipėda city.
ABOUT YOU
You’re jack of all trades with a background in (digital) marketing who loves getting to the bottom of complex marketing and analytics reports. In this role, you’ll be in charge of all things eCommerce, including creating enticing content, analyzing statistical data, learning cutting edge marketing techniques and setting up sales funnels. We’re not looking for someone with a ton of experience - for the right person, you’ll get the opportunity to learn, take your skills to the next level and get paid for it.

You'll be responsible for:

- Assisting Packpin’s Growth Hackers on testing, innovating and delivering growth strategies, campaigns and tactics;
- Developing an in-depth understanding of user segments and target audience: their needs and key drivers throughout customer lifecycle;
- Meeting performance goals through user acquisition, improving conversion rate and reducing churn rate;
- Demonstrating strong creative and analytical skills (able to think outside the box and offer different perspective to other team members);
- Demonstrating strong self-organization skills;
- Keeping current with new developments in eCommerce field and inbound marketing;
- Analyzing data and making recommendations on marketing strategy.

We hope that you're good at:

- SMM (Social Media Marketing);
- Sales experience is a big advantage;
- Email Marketing;
- Strong command of English is a must (written and spoken);
- CRM (Knowing your way around CRM management and strategy is a plus);
- Tech savvy (Or willing to quickly pick up our technology stack);
- Ability to write compelling, accurate and grammatically correct content at a prompt pace;
- Intrinsic drive to be successful;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Task oriented;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment;
- SaaS experience is a major plus;
