Customer support with German language (English communicative)

Job description
• Perform problem determination and recording of accurate details on all incoming queries and problems (incl. in the training)
• Being responsible for responding to customer inquiries and making sure their problems are resolved
• Communication with senior technician and redirecting difficult technical problems to them
• Must adhere to the monthly schedule, times for break, lunch and off-phone time

Skill requirements
• Proficiency level of German,communicative level of English
• Interest in IT environment, keeping up with the newest technologies
• Experience from customer service or call centre environment
• Strong written, verbal and organizational skills, customer oriented personality
• Analytical thinking
• Flexibility and team work skills
• Willingness to work on shift model
