IT SYSTEMS ANALYST

We are looking for new employ in Data Warehouse unit, IT Development department, SEB Group IT Lithuania. We are responsible for BIW (source for all management and regulatory reporting) solutions implementation and maintenance. Now in this area are working 13 employees. The unit is growing and we are looking for new analysts now. You have an opportunity to be a part of the team, with the main responsibility to support Finance and Risk department’s stakeholders specifying their needs and requirements and designing new IT systems and reports. As a member of the growing team you will work with DW systems: SAS, Sybase IQ. In tasks of great variety you will have a chance to come close both to the business and to application development, where your main focus will be on reports and reporting solutions development. What you can expect • Work close with business requirements • Create specifications for development, specify use cases and test plans, coordinate parameterization of reports, development of reports, design data validations to ensure data quality in reports, continuously update documentation of existing solutions • Specify system functional and non–functional requirements, use-case scenarios by engaging business analysts • Cover logical and physical data model modifications

• Two years’ experience with IT systems or databases (Oracle, MS SQL, SAS) design and development • Experience from reports designing and development and IT in general • Practical skills in applying business/system analysis techniques (interviewing, prototyping, existing system examination, workshop facilitation), specifying use cases, requirements • Ability to communicate in both business and technical dimensions • Accuracy and high attention to details • Analytic skills for problem investigation and solving • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment • Result orientation • To be motivated, loyal, positive and open-minded team member • Fluent in English • University degree Personal attributes • Analytical and logical skills • Self-motivated and result oriented • Social and a relationship builder • Credible, reliable and convincing
