Job Description

The overall purpose of the role is to sell the companies Training Courses to private individuals, contractors and corporate accounts. Classes are delivered in classroom, online and private onsite training. Each client is different. Key Responsibilities include: • Out-bound sales calls to leads provided via the web or other channels • Cold calling potential client accounts and existing clients • Effective development and management of `signature` accounts • Keep up-to-date records of sales activity • Follow Up on Events

Requirements

Skills and Background Required: • A successful background of telephone selling IT products or services would be considered as advantage • Demonstrable cold calling and closing skills • Track record of over achieving targets • Strong team player Motivated and target oriented individual • First rate verbal communication skills – English language is ESSENTIAL • Attention to detail in reporting and administration • Gregarious and out-going Self starter, high energy and strong commitment. • English speaking - excellent

Company offers

First class training will be offered with chosen going to London for one month of intensive sales and product training (mandatory)
Once you have proven yourself as a skilled telemarketer you could be given the opportunity to start dealing with incoming opportunities and managing your own accounts and territories.
The company has plans to expand into Lithuania and other countries as well as have a worldwide online training offering.
The team in Lithuania is small but growing.
