Functions and Responsibilities:
-handle basic orders for Oracle databases (add table space etc.)
-handle basic operational routines like daily health checks
-handle basic incidents and problems
-create Oracle databases according to our standard
-work with Change, Incident & Problem Management according to ITIL processes.
Requirements
-knowledge of Oracle 10g & 11g;
-good practical experience working as Oracle database administrator;
-at least two years of experience in similar role;
-general understanding of Unix as a database platform;
-being familiar with scripting and automation;
-general understanding of common system software for backup/restore and monitoring;
-fluent in English, spoken and written;
-being a team player and customer focused as well as having service minded attitude.
