Job Description
Communicate with external IT suppliers and ensure service delivery;
Support problem solving process and escalation;
Support change management process and documentation.
Participate in infrastructure development, implementation and improvement projects;
Implement appropriate controls in order to ensure security of infrastructure system data, gather and report statistics about security breaches.
Arrange regular maintenance and checks of the systems;

Requirements
Strong communication and analytical skills;
Experience in projects, planning & organizing skills;
Initiative and ability to solve complex problems;
Good knowledge of English and Russian;
Minimum 2 years experience in a role related to IT supplier management, service delivery and change coordination;
Knowledge of Microsoft products, e.g. Windows Server, MS SQL database, SharePoint.
University degree in IT or related sphere;
Driver’s licence.
