IT SAP architect

Contribute to “Business of IT” from its Development strategy to managing its Operations according to best practices and KPIs;
Provide system development expertise to the technical resource team;
Contribute to the SAP systems development with the focus on methods, procedures, and standards to be used during system development life-cycles;
Act as a trusted business advisor and represent SAP system and processes;
Anticipates SAP future technical direction for company;
Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases;
Engage with the business units in order to understand the requirements, system landscape and propose new solutions, modules and applications that provide maximum value from business perspective;
Contribute to business development by providing SAP solution expertise to identify and qualify business development opportunities;
Survey market trends for solution insights, development directions and methods;
Contribute to SAP knowledge management process including templates, processes and maintenance of overall solution architectural documentation;

University / Technical degree or equivalent;
At least 5 years of SAP Business Suite or similar product experience;
Experience in implementation of new and reengineering of existing business solutions;
Understanding of IT Project Management methods and tools;
Experience in SAP Retail Industry would be considered as an advantage;
Excellent oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical teams;
Good spoken and written English and Russian language skills;
Strong creative, strategic thinking and problem solving skills;
Able to exercise independently and with minimum guidelines in a complex environment;
Driver license and possibility to travel.
