Job Description
Temporary role for 1 year and with focus on Lithuania, Belarus, Latvia and Estonia.
Your Key Accountabilities:
• Attracting, on-boarding, developing, and retaining key contributors among PAREXEL’s employees in Lithuania, Belarus, Latvia and Estonia
• Ensuring employees performance meets and/ or exceed both business and personal objectives
• Deploying HR Strategy, objectives and KPI’s into country, region, function and/ or client group
• Delivering global concepts, processes, tools and solutions into local organisation
• Analysing HR data for business area to identify areas of improvement
• Work closely together with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Business Partners
• Being responsible for country payroll
Requirements
Your Key Qualifications:
Minimum Work Experience
• Several years of HR Generalist experience in an international company
Language Skills
• Competent in written and oral English in addition to local language
