Product Manager for OTC (over-the counter) products

Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for marketing, planning campaigns and education within own therapeutic areas. This includes the full responsibility for planning, product management and financial follow-up within own therapeutic areas OTC. Hers/his main responsibility will be to maintain and grow OTC product portfolio, including such brands as Ibumetin, Hjertemagnyl, Xymelin and Calcigran. RESPONSIBILITY / SCOPE • Responsible for the marketing of OTC drugs in the Lithuanian market • Responsible for planning and implementing campaigns • Responsible for the training of medical representatives • Responsible for monitoring the competition within own therapeutic areas • Responsible to build networks within own therapeutic areas • Responsible for product management of portfolio • Coordination of joint meetings / activities for the product group e.g.: media agency • Coordination of Chain Promotions

Requirements

MAIN REQUIREMENTS ARE University degree in business, marketing and/or medical; At least 3 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG company; Fluent in English Good analytical skills; Ability to learn and adopt new information quickly; Positive, self-motivated, and energetic; Team worker, motivated by result.
