Job Description

- General office administration duties;
- Managing internal information and documentation flows;
- Providing excellent customer service, managing orders and logistics;
- Acting as primary contact point towards customers and internally;
- Organizing travel arrangements, maintaining and updating company's website and publications and other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

- University degree;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Experience in customer service and administrating logistics operations;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Excellent planning, organizational skills and ability to handle large volumes of information;
- Excellent communication and people management skills at all levels;
- Willingness to take responsibility and initiative;
- Flexible, self-driven, attentive to detail.
