BUSINESS PROCESS TRAINER (GERMAN SPEAKING)

Job Description

The position is responsible for the design of process training modules, development of country specific process training, and hands on delivery of those modules to new hires. You need to quickly understand and design operating procedures, process maps and training manuals so as to enable high level performance results which require advanced presentation and facilitation skills and use of creative training techniques.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Process Maps and Training Manuals specific to each process / country being supported.
• Conduct training, coaching, and mentoring for new hires, continuously assess the value of training delivered via use of scored assessments.
• Prepare training materials in support of continuous quality and process improvement initiatives as and when required.
• Prepare and deliver refresher training to enable continuous improvements and to address any performance gaps identified.
• Actively participate in client calibration sessions and process / quality review meetings so as to identify process gaps / analyze complaint root causes and apply training need analysis for new hires.
• Provide training support onsite in International locations for both process and knowledge migration.

Requirements

• University degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, Science, Business or a related field of study
• Language skills: fluent in English and German.
• Experience in design and delivery of Training programs is essential, preferably in a Business Process Outsourcing or Shared Services environment.
• Experience in facilitation of class room based training and other forms of training delivery to new hires required.
• Experience working in a customer centric, team-oriented, fast moving goal oriented environment
