INTERNATIONAL BENEFITS ANALYST

• Pension plan management and administration
• Risk benefit program management and administration, coordination between various parties involved (e.g. employees, payroll, global mobility team, outside benefit administrator, etc.) on benefit related matters
• Tracking of the pension plan enrolments and coordination between various parties to ensure contributions are properly set up/processed
• Short term expat medical plan administration and management including communication with employees, and coordination of the premium payment
• Day to day administration of global benefits database management

• Previous work experience with employee benefit plans, pensions, risk is a definite plus;
• Understanding about retirement plans, medical and life insurance programs
• Practical experience in analytical role is a must
• Proven excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills
• Ability to be a team player, yet work independently when required
• Fluent English is a must
