Branch Manager

Recruit, employ, train and motivate personnel;
Develop advertising strategies;
Provide reports to the head office’s superiors;
Direct all operational aspects including communication with clients and entering into agreements;
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately;
Carry out activities to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Work experience in the Forex market, understanding the functioning of this field and its opportunities;
Experience in managing a staff consisting of over 10 people;
Experience in sales and advertising;
Communicative skills (English or Russian): proper spoken and written language;
Ability to work under the condition of multitasking;
Readiness to move to another city or for long-term business trips;
Readiness to develop stably in the long term, together with the company.
