Job Description

To deliver an efficient and effective business administrative support. To be able to impact daily work by assisting your Manager/Department with all kind of different administrative tasks.

• Travel arrangements
• To organize meetings
• Room booking
• Follow-up of tasks
• Making presentations
• Support in planning process with regions and countries
• To organize Share Points (set-up of documents, structures, user groups)
• To support a Project Management – follow-up of work-packages
• To update lists, to order the office equipment
• To organize virtual document storage
• To prepare agenda, follow-up, to invite persons, meeting minutes

Requirements

• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Good organisational skills • Detail oriented • Desire to assist people • PC Literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook) • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • English Fluent, German average • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Proven track record of the required skills attained • Work experience in a similar role preferred but not essential Conditions: • Available and willing to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends if necessary. • Available and willing to travel abroad if necessary • Job coordination – in 3 steps • Direct coordination via OC / Mail • SharePoint as collaboration platform and task coordination
