Job Description

• To analyse Festo products and advise to customer;
• To answer written technical requests in English or other language;
• To help Festo customers to get the best technical solution;
• To navigate in the system to find the correct recommendation;
• To work with the best customer orientation in the international environment;
• Update data base of documentation and systematically to collect standard information.

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics;
• Fluent in English and good in German ( or other European languages are advantage);
• Knowledge in pneumatics and automation technology in general;
• Festo product knowledge;
• Understanding of 2D/3D drawings;
• Good communication skills;
• Willingness to work learn and work in continuously improvement culture;
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team as necessary;
• Strong personal organisation and time management skills;
• Strong logical thinking processes and emphasis towards technical, communications and social skills.
