Marketing Manager

UK based company with offices now in Vilnius. Fast growing IT Training company seeks a new marketing manager to work closely with Marketing Director.
The Marketing Manager will work with the marketing director in the development and delivery of a cross channel communication strategy driving CRM, keeping the customer at the heart of marketing. Furthermore the Marketing Manager will help devise and deliver the annual marketing campaign plan on time and to budget, including the brochure production process to drive an increasing volume of high quality calls and web visits. Exhibition and seminar organisation will also be required

Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Help development, implementation and evaluation of the annual marketing plan and campaign planning.
• Advise and support team members to maximise all marketing activities.
• Set clear direction and objectives
• Drive the annual marketing plans for each brand
• Delegate tasks to empower the team to deliver the campaign plans for each brand
• Ensuring all relevant parties understand all current and planned marketing activities, messages and the timings of these.
• Ensuring activities are reported and tracked and the relevant information is provided to the different audiences within the business
• Clearly communicate what marketing success looks like to the wider company.

Key Skills:

Excellent English - spoken and written
Working without direct supervision
Ability to work to deadlines
Copywriting

• Experience of managing databases and segmenting customers to produce multi-faceted CRM programmes across a range of product
• People Management experience for multiple direct reports is essential
• Previous brochure or magazine production experience is desirable
• Previous marketing experience is desirable
• The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Team leadership, development and management skills.
• Experience of HTML will be a distinct advantage.
