Job Description

New opportunity to work for a UK based company with offices in Lithuania.
Academy Class require a BDM / AM for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be an experienced and credible professional. The role will be split between new and existing business, best suited to people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results. It is assumed the candidate will have suitable experience selling at Director level.

Requirements

Excellent English - verbal and written

Estimated time allocation:
• 40% generating new outbound business leads
• 60% maintaining and developing key accounts from existing customer base
Duties:
• Managing the commercial relationship with existing key accounts
• Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
• Identifying potential key accounts from weekly new client list
• Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent and high level of customer engagement
• Maintaining the revenue of each account to meet annual targets
• Ensuring all potential key accounts understand the services on offer
• Carrying out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and as and when required basis
• Daily liaising with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service
• Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors
• Assisting the Marketing team with content of company literature and out-going correspondence
• Presenting Academy Class to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
• Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
• Successfully managing the sales process: lead generation; qualifying;probing; solution selling; negotiation; close; account management
• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to Academy Class are captured and explored
• Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is current using the company’s bespoke CRM system.
• Be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Academy Class procedure
• Responding to requests for information in a timely manner

Functional Competencies required:
• Confidence to present a tailored presentation to potential client team by effectively using a range of presentation skills i.e. body language, voice tone etc.
• Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets /KPI’s by generating leads, asking probing questions, using most appropriate features & benefits based on clients needs and matching with a tailored solution
• Ability to identify new business opportunities / relevant research tools /sector specific targeting and cold calling
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations / proposals to meet clients needs
• Ability to co-ordinate the pitch process (client value up to £50k) by effectively providing the relevant teams with a summary of clients technical and marketing needs in order to obtain relevant assessment strategy recommendations
Academy Class Competencies to develop while in the role:
• A detailed knowledge of the company course portfolio and products
• Ability to identify skills gaps and recommend solutions
• Manage a tailored sales process to achieve targets / KPI’s (client value up to £100k) incorporating consultancy
• Represent Academy Class at events by clearly demonstrating knowledge and expertise
• Manage and maintain tailored documentation in response to client RFI & RFP
