Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Description

• Directs and co-ordinates all activities in the Front Office in terms of operation and administration,
• Ensures all efforts are direct towards guest satisfaction.
• Responsibility for sales and organization of the department, ensuring that there is a high quality service in all related departments i.e. reservations and guest services.
• Develops employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere.
• Implements standarts and procedures of the Front Office.
• Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a rapid solution.
• Fully responsible for the team and operations in Front Office Manager absence.

Requirements

English, Russian languages mandatory;
