Job Description
As our Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sign up relationships with our customers. The clients are typically European sales partners representing our products in their local markets. You will serve as an advisor to help customers with best product/application fit, introduce new products as well as manage incoming orders and customer feedback.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
* Help our clients get on-board at the sign up stage and then proactively monitor the account to facilitate smooth cooperation.
* Function as a front-line technical resource for "best practice" and informal customer questions.
* Help customers with the design of industrial lighting solutions using our product range.
* Troubleshoot common technical issues.
* Manage account retention and promote adoption of new products.
* Maintain an organized account management pipeline.
* Manage customer orders.
* Constantly update product technical data changes across multiple channels.
* Analyse client’s incoming product feedback to ensure quality and identify product improvement opportunities.
* Work closely with our tech team to define and analyse enhancements

Requirements
* Higher/ University education in the field of electrical/mechanical engineering or automation. (Students, in their last two years at University/College, are also welcome to apply)
* Clear and articulate in English, must be great on the phone with good verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be eager and committed to learn new things in the process.
* Must be comfortable with Web-based applications and proficient in MS Word, Excel.
* Knowledge of DiaLux (or equivalent) lighting design software would be an advantage.
