Credit Risk Analyst / Business Analyst

Perform complex research projects and/or statistical models related to project design, data collection, loan decision, analysis, and summary of findings;

Conduct analysis of loan portfolio performance and risk profile of the company, propose changes in lending rules and credit policy;

Support Group´s Risk Management on the development and implementation of credit scorecards;

Ensure periodic reviews, credit control, and loan administration functions are performed efficiently and are supported by effective monitoring and controls;

Implement, develop and maintain business process analysis of the company's business model;

Handle relationships with regulatory bodies and supervisory authorities; be in charge of following up with relevant legislation;

Support Group and local Operations&Risk Manager in lending, credit risk and financial management related issues.

• University degree in economics, finance, banking, statistics, mathematics or other related field;
• At least 2 year experience in Finance field, preferably, in lending, credit risk or financial management;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Experience working with data-mining and business intelligence (BI) tools (such as SQL, SAS, Jaspersoft, GoodData, Oracle or similar software) is considered an asset;
• Proven business analysis and problem solving skills. Ability to identify, analyze and rectify project issues as they arise;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines across a variety of risk areas and subjects;
• Strong written and oral communication skills, strong analytical mindset, ability to see the big picture, as well as details;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian.
