Project Manager

You will act as a Project Manager for a team of experts form IT, Marketing, Legal, HR, Risk, Finance, Products, Fraud, Compliance, Security and other areas including global external consultants. Your internal customers are spread across the globe. You will be located in Riga HQ, Latvia. You will work for a high-growth company with startup mentality.

We are a relatively young business experiencing considerable growth across the countries in which we currently operate and have big plans for further expansion. Your contribution as a Project Manager will be to help achieve Geographical and Product expansion goals.

Responsibilities:

•Deliver complex cross-functional and cross-border projects, like new country launch, new product implementation and others. Responsibility for on-time delivery of the project
•Lead project teams, including external partners and initiates corrective action where appropriate
•Be responsible for overall project ownership
•Handle multiple projects at the same time, ensuring deadlines are met while driving best practices across the development team.

•Relevant university degree
•Experience within financial services or regulated industries and/ or experience in high competition and growth industries
•4+ years of experience in project management and/ or product development
•Experience with managing projects with global scope and resources
•Ability to drive and manage change in a dynamic environment
•Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage project tekams
•Ability to anticipate events and develop adaptive strategies
•Proven stakeholder management skills
•Willingness and ability to travel, as required.
