Analyst

• Perform research projects and/or statistical models related to project design, data collection, loan decision, analysis, and summary of findings;
• Conduct analysis of loan portfolio performance and risk profile of the company, propose changes in lending rules and credit policy;
• Ensure periodic reviews, credit control, and loan administration functions are performed efficiently and are supported by effective monitoring and controls;
• Implement, develop and maintain business process analysis of the company's business model;

• University degree in economics, finance, banking, statistics, mathematics or other related field;
• Experience in Business Analysis, Accounting, Finance or related field is considered a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office. Experience working with data-mining tools is considered an asset;
• Proven business analysis and problem solving skills. Ability to identify, analyze and rectify project issues as they arise;
• Strong written and oral communication skills, strong analytical mindset, ability to see the big picture, as well as details;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian.
