Team Leader

Intermedix is rapidly growing its shared service center in Kaunas and is looking for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee the management of newly recruited Collections team in Kaunas, Lithuania. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling all team activities. The positions will report to the Division Manager.

• Evaluate workflow and make adjustments to schedules and assignments as needed.
• Organize resources to achieve efficiency and quality objectives.
• Ensure quality reviews are being performing, feedback being provided to staff, and staff is learning.
• Oversee training of new and existing staff.
• Complete various projects as assigned by management.
• Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management.
• Perform human resource duties as needed, including employee recruiting and retention.
• Meet routine deadlines and work schedules as well as timely and accurate completion of special projects and any other duties as assigned.
• Understand, support, enforce and comply with company policies, procedures and Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct.
• Display a positive attitude as well as professional, polite, considerate and courteous conduct and treatment of others in the course of duties.

• Bilingual Lithuanian and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or closely related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• The ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
• The ability to meet routine deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.

Working hours: 13:30 -22:00.
Start date: 01 Mar 2016.
