The position is based in Riga and main job responsibilities include:
Complete Welcome Calls to engage and greet new customers;
Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers;
Educate customers regarding new product offerings;
Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems; develop solutions and manage through to resolution;
Other duties as assigned by management.
