Specialist in Financial Operations

We are looking for Specialist at a large Western European financial company that has its office in Klaipeda.

You would join one of the teams in finance operations, which is responsible for administrative processes and tasks. Together with your dedicated mentor, you will learn required skills such as monitor and escalate payments related issues and support our clients with various operational errors related with payments. The team makes sure all payment related charges are paid as agreed. Very important part of daily routines is to communicate actively with other teams to find the best solutions for investigated cases and identify the root causes for future prevention.  Due to international organizational setup, your role will require collaboration with your colleagues locally and in other parts of the world. 

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics or similar
• 1+ year previous experience in financial sector, payment processing, banking, accounting or similar field
• Good English skills (written and oral)
• Strong details and quality orientation combined with professional attitude
• Diligent and proactive with “can-do “mind-set
• Team player taking responsibility for reaching personal and team’s objectives
• Proactive learner.
