Krovinių koordinatorius / Dispatcher

Looking for both experienced people and new comers to join our logistics company, our transportation services are provided in mainland USA. Full training provided, no experience needed, all we need is your dedication and desire to learn. You will be dealing with drivers, and customers, booking loads and making sure they are delivered as requested. It's a challenging job but also very rewarding. Work will be carried out from our Klaipeda office.


-Job description
Finding freight on daily basis to keep drivers busy. (All the tools are provided.)
Freight monitoring from pick up to delivery. (All communication via phone) Making sure drivers are not violating they work hours.
Unexpected issue solving. (Good negotiation skills and patience)
Communicating with drivers and customers.


-Additional information
50 Hour work week, starting from 15:00 to 01:00.

-Good knowledge of English language, ability to use the language (You will be able to show ability by making some calls on your interview day.)
