Job Description

PeopleScout is among the world’s largest RPO providers and has been helping our clients make tens of thousands of annual hires across 69 countries for over 24 years. We serve clients with annual hiring needs from approximately 300 to 20,000+, across both exempt and non-exempt roles while covering a wide range of industries and niche markets. As a Recruiter you will provide staffing and recruiting solutions for our constantly growing team. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. Key Responsibilities - Collaborating with sourcing/recruitment partners to understand role requirements and expectations - Identify, qualify, and submit candidates by using proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques including, but not limited to job boards as well as Boolean searches, referrals, social media and networks - Managing daily information/candidate data tracking in the ATS and generating reports - Building database of candidates - Providing managers / partners with regular updates on work status and progress - Providing partners with market intelligence and acting as an advisor by suggesting various solutions - Building PeopleScout brand by creating excellent candidate experience - Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction - Identifying potential areas of improvement - Resolving problems - Engaging in job market mapping research - Engaging in training on innovative sourcing methods and tools

Requirements

- Fluent English (C1/C2 level) and Lithuanian - Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment - preferably in large, international company - Excellent recruitment & sourcing skills & knowledge, proven at work (including high volume hourly and salary recruiting) - Excellent understanding of recruiting principles & being able to educate other colleagues - Proven experience with applicant tracking systems & other recruitment tools - Excellent skills in conducting interviews and screening conversations with candidates - Ability to identify training needs, train & coach colleagues - Proven record of process improvements suggestions & driving its implementation - Experience in project management - Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is required) and internet resources, including social media - Ability to collaborate effectively with others - Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent consultative & customer service skills - Ability to build strong relationships - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Flexibility in a fast paced setting - Spotless record and strong ethos Interested?
