Job Description
- Examine deviations from customer, as well as handle and answer these in time
- Stay up to date on quality / environmental standards and control the company's quality work towards these.
- Keep up to date with applicable laws and other requirements
- Along with Plant manager, ensure any quality resource needs
- Responsible for settting up and follow internal and external audit schedules
- Perform internal/external audits of assigned areas
- Responsible for that product reviews and layout inspection are performed in accordance with standard
- In consultation with the Purchasing Manager, handle deviation against suppliers
- Ensure that production is adequately assisted in product quality control, testing and support.
- Ensure that PPAP compiles, as well as analyze suppliers PPAP and APQP document compiles
- Establish and revise control instructions
- Handling of blocked goods
- Participate in handling of internal deviations, external audits of our quality system, supplier assessments, continuous improvements, project work of new and changed products
- Be the company's representative regarding quality / environment both internally and externally.
- Follow-up and control of quality key ratios
- Ensure competence development work
- Perform appraisals, perform and analyses - capability/ variability studies such as - Cpk, Cp, six sigmas
- Create Root cause analyzing and risk analyzing
- Knowledge of ISO/TS and/or IATF
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years’ experience in similar role with safety products in manufacturing automotive industry considered as advantage
- Very good knowledge and experience of quality standards
- Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement processes in manufacturing environment
- Ability to plan and organize capacity and resources and adapt them if needed
- Good leadership, communication, co-operation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
