Job Description
Being the administrative hub in the unit and undertake a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake various secretarial and administrative duties such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence and answering the telephone for the head of the unit
- Assist the team/team members with various administrative tasks: maintaining team sites, team mail box, registering/updating data in systems, (support) coordination of events
- Undertake various budgetary duties as well as verifications and follow-ups
- Support the unit’s travel activities
- Arrange and attend various meetings and seminars
- Maintain and develop the unit’s SharePoint site
- Coordinate activities related to authorisations and powers
- Cooperation with many stakeholders at all levels
- Handling of sensitive or confidential information
Requirements
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Previous relevant experience (experience in the IT industry would be considered as an advantage)
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Proactive
