Responsibilities:
• Transform business needs and requirements into World Class Customer solutions and experiences
• Be the link between Business and IT
• Prototyping/Visualization
• Describe the Customer Journey – End2End
• Challenge the Business, Your Team, Your Manager, etc. so we are sure we make the right Solutions from a Customer Point of view
• Analyse, prepare, make a plan and carry out the Tasks in the Project related to Business Development
• Responsible participant in our Innovation Board, and thereby have responsibility for following market trends and bring these in play to ensure the continuous innovation of the payment cards area
• Self-directed work style
• Work in Agile Teams with own responsibility for delivering what is agreed in right time

• Background as Master or similar experience from a similar job
• Be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• Good cooperation skills and attention to details
• Proven track record of delivering customer centric solutions
• Proven ability to liaise with business partners in other countries to ensure that solutions meet requirements
• Be able to make sense out of complexity and communicate this clearly
