Job Description

Tasks:
• Structures and optimizes the use of resources and decision making in pursuit of agreed objectives
• Continuous promotion of business relations with the clients and partners, as well as within its own organization
• Development of customer focus in day-to-day work and considers business situations from a customer’s point of view while protecting company’s interest
• Provide outstanding customer support
• Provide timely update of status reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year experience in freight forwarding industry (LCL experience is an advantage)
• Active knowledge of English language
• Computer literacy
