We work a lot with recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement and leadership development. Here You will:

• Have a close #cooperation with the Technology Division leaders by setting requirements for search of new team members, preparing attractive job advertisements and ensuring their spread.
• Look for alternative channels to identify suitable candidates digitally or using personal network.
• Attract best IT #Talents to our organization and, thus, support the creation of #NewGenerationTelco.
• #Evaluate candidates during initial interview and if necessary competency assessment with practical tasks or psychological testing, #cooperate with managers deciding the suitability of final candidates.
• Ensure effective communication during all recruitment process stages, give constructive feedback.
• Develop managers’ #competence of recruitment by advice and coaching.
• #Participate in working groups, responsible for recruitment training organization, employers’ image formation, training centers development, changes in the organization management and etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this position You should:

• Love #recruiting and have previous working experience in successful recruitment of IT specialists.
• Have good #communication skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to listen to others, build #relationships and reasonably present Your opinion.
• Be technologically aware or even a little #geeky. :) Knowing the difference between #frontend and #backend is a start.
• Be #adventurous and able to #organize work in situations with lot of ambiguities and also work simultaneously with several projects.
• Be #positive and persistent because IT recruitment brings a lot of challenge.
• #Care about each manager and each candidate because they all are Your clients.
Be able to operate #effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure, analyze and quickly grasp new information.
Be fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written) and speak #IT language.:)
