- Provide technical support by email
- Provide Hotelston technical support to customers as well as colleagues in the company
- Provide Hotelston API integration support to partners
- Utilize help desk and issue management systems to track each task
- Identify trends in support requests and recommend systemic and pro-active solutions to mitigate issues
- Monitor and maintain health of Hotelston services
- Assist in Hotelston IT projects
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Basic programming skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Problem solver attitude
