We would like You to:

• Apply and build on Organizational and Leadership Development #culture.
• Identify programs, initiatives to address development needs and/or issues that occur in the company.
• Be an expert of organizing and #conducting trainings. Also work with external vendors and consultants as deemed appropriate.
• #Develop managers, provide constructive feedback and be highly oriented to both results and behaviors.
• #Create and #improve talent development strategies, mentor talent management process across the organization.
• Provide learning needs analysis and assess how it was fulfilled by the training provided.
• #Adapt and apply #TeliaCompany provided tools and strategies for organization development and leadership in organization.

We believe You:

• Have strong #self-leadership and ability to effectively develop managers and their leadership skills.
• Have previous work experience with adapting and leading organizational change, leadership training, organization #development and #consulting areas.
• Have excellent #communication skills (oral, written, presentation), empathy and ability to build relationships and reasonably present your opinion.
• Have strong stakeholder management/ relationship building skills combined with advanced #facilitation and #coaching skills and techniques.
• Have strong #planning skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and ability to #multi-task while delivering high quality results.
• Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written).
