What you will do:

• Implement and manage all marketing and social media strategy;;
• Manage content on our online accounts: website, social media, TripAdvisor and others;
• Define the most effective solutions to improve marketing performance;
• Create captivating copywriting and visual content;
• Develop and implement campaigns and activities to draw attention to the Park Inn by Radisson Vilnius Airport brand and services;
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and comments on social media;
• Implement various in-hotel and external promotion projects within designated timelines.
• Securing brand partnerships;
• Arranging photo shoots, video projects and events in coordination with hotel’s management;
• Providing marketing support as necessary for other departments.
• Reporting on marketing activity performance;

Skills we are expecting:

• Experience in digital and social media marketing,
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms and their best practices.
• A good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Lithuanian and English);
• Proven copywriting experience;
• Proven graphic design/video content creators experience;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
• Ability to set goals and analyse the results;
• Good team player.
