Job Description

• Place outgoing calls to patients
• Conduct and submit patient satisfaction surveys
• Understand, support and enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards of business ethics and conduct
• Communicate with supervisors

Start Date: 12 September 2016

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (preferably a Languages/Philology student, or previous work/study/Erasmus experience in English or living in a English-speaking country)
• Excellent phone interviewing manners
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Good computer operating skills
• Flexibility regarding work time (working hours can vary from 5:30 PM - 5:00 AM)
