QA ANALYST (FRENCH LANGUAGE)

STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL (S3I) client – a leading international insurance company - is currently expanding team in Vilnius and is looking for:
QA ANALYST (FRENCH LANGUAGE)

Main responsibilities:
• Maintain oversight on project delivery team planning and support for key Quality deliverables, ensure these teams apply the appropriate quality measures and achieve the right outcomes
• Support the Vilnius operation in the training and mentoring of six-sigma teams
• Support the Internal Quality Audit team - ensure there is an annual audit schedule based on the QMS requirements, and that actions from Quality Audits are completed
• Train the organization on generic problem-solving techniques and quality methods to position the operation for continual improvement
• Support Quality Manager to oversight and ensure that all processes have approved quality review programs
• Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all quality deliverables for each migration are in place prior to project completion - communicate regularly with Business Partners on Quality matters
• Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes

• High school degree or higher in Technology, Science, Business or a related field of study
• Certification (i.e. Six Sigma, CBAP) is a plus
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to details
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Preferable prior work experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment with responsibility for process analysis in support of process migrations and / or improvement
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
• Ability to be a team player, yet work independently when required
