Are you a motivated individual with a drive for success? INDUCONT OU invites you to be a part of our dynamic sales team, catering to the Estonian market for over 15 years as the trusted sales representative of various DANFOSS product lines, including Danfoss Drives, Danfoss Power Solutions, and Danfoss Industrial Automation.

Your Role:

• Proactively promote DANFOSS DRIVES products and solutions across Estonia.
• Foster and nurture existing customer relationships while establishing new ones.
• Personalize engagement with clients to address their unique needs effectively.
• Stay abreast of market trends, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
• Participate in international seminars, showcasing expertise in new products and sales strategies.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and exhibitions locally and internationally.
• Generate regular market and sales reports for local and international management reviews.

Your Experience and Skills:

We seek a self-motivated individual with:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Science or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency or understanding of electrical cabinet design and automation (a plus).
• An engineering background, preferably in Electrical Engineering with an automation focus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong strategic planning and time management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Estonian and English; Russian language proficiency is a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Location: Tallinn-Peetri, Estonia.
• Start Date: June.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Salary: €1800-€2400 (gross), depending on qualifications and experience.
