Sales Executive – Lithuania Hoist Group is the largest hospitality supplier on the European market with a wide range of systems, products and services in use at hospitality operations all over Europe and the Middle East. We are currently looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Lithuania. Job summary As a Sales Executive at Hoist Group, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and developing customer relations in Lithuania. You will be based in Vilnius office but the job requires travelling. Develop a sales pipeline and deliver new business from both existing and prospective clients, as well as to expand our market position in the designated territory. Your customers will be small, medium-sized hotels and international chains. You will report to the Sales Manager for the business area. Job responsibility Generate and qualify leads, sales calls to new and existing clients, schedule sales meeting activity, presentation of Hoist Groups ´complete´ solution with focus on designated product area, active listening, develop sales proposals, handling objections, negotiating with clients, ´closing the deal´ procedure, maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports, participate in sales events. Deliver annual targets according to business plans, reporting to Sales Manager of Hoist Group in Baltic States.

Requirements

Competence and requirements •You have strong B2B sales background and a constant will to get more sales •You have experience and interest in technical solutions •Experience from the hotel industry is an advantage •You find an entrepreneurial environment close to your heart •You´re persistent •Good communicator and ready to travel •Driver’s license and own car •Lithuanian and English. Russian and other languages are seen as an advantage
