Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and target new clients and market segments to expand the customer base.
Develop and nurture leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to develop new products or customize existing ones to meet client specifications.
Develop and manage the sales budget, analyze the results.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products, network with potential clients, and stay updated on industry developments.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
Requirements
At least one year of similar experience in raw materials sales.
Experience in export sales (outside EU).
Ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and negotiating deals.
Good communication skills and partnership attitude for effective client interactions and collaborations.
Excellent English skills.
Experience in the dairy industry would be an advantage.
