Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Sales Operations Manager include leading the function and passionately advocating for the value of Salesforce and its use. The role involves working with junior specialists, stakeholders, and business solutions to manage change requests, complex Salesforce administrative tasks, and training Adform Sales to use Salesforce effectively to provide richer quality data to the business and derive value from it on the sales floor (where there are 200 users).

1. Manage Change Requests to Salesforce from request to delivery in partnership with the development teams.

2. Perform essential activities to drive more data and engage users personally, including accelerating programs.

3. Diagnose and handle complex issues and provide some configuration of the Salesforce setup.

4. Act as a consultant on high-profile cases and setups, and be present in engagements with senior leaders in the business to share ideas and knowledge.

5. Be responsible for educating others on the Salesforce platform.

6. Actively collaborate with stakeholders when there is a need for changes, assess the need, understand the technical aspects, and communicate everything as required.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform.

2. Experience in providing training and educating others (mentorship skills).

3. Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

4. Experience in mentoring and supervising more junior colleagues.

5. Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
