Senior HR Specialist (German speaking)

Job Description

  • Lead the scoping, transitioning, and adaptation of HR processes for our German organization, ensuring alignment with group HR objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Perform operational HR tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits administration, data management, and documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Manage employee and employer data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation, conducting thorough reviews to minimize errors.
  • Lead standard process transition workshops in German, effectively communicating with stakeholders to facilitate understanding and adoption of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in operations, service, or HR operations, ideally in a multi-national environment.
  • A very good command of the German language at a C1 level or above.
  • A good command of the English language at a B2 level or above.
  • Prior experience in transitioning or improving processes is a plus, but a proactive mindset and understanding of the potential uncertainty that comes with it is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office system would be considered an advantage.
