Job Description

IT Solution Delivery (ISD) is a cross divisional support function within Business Support. We provide business oriented and cost efficient IT development and maintenance for SEB. ISD consists of the following Areas: Trading, Wealth & Securities, Core Solutions, Channels, Supporting Systems, Project Office, Application Infrastructure and Business Development & Support. SEB Shared Service Centre IT Solution Delivery is growing and we are recruiting developer system maintainer.

Functions and responsibilities:

You will work as a system maintainer in our development and maintenance team responsible for Global Finance IT Solutions, which carry out assigned tasks and offer support to SEB Group. As a member of the growing team you will work with Finance Solutions systems (e.g. TEM, Agresso, KPI and KRI) development, maintenance and report generation activities. In tasks of great variety you will have a chance to come close both to business and to Finance IT delivery teams. You will be involved in development related to expansion to new sites and additional functionalities, fulfilling new and existing system report requests and will also participate in carrying out tasks related to testing activities. In this role you will be a part of daily maintenance analyzing and solving incidents, providing support for technical issues and troubleshooting defects in production. Thus, we expect your proactive cooperation with all team members. The job could imply a number of business trips outside of Lithuania.

As a system maintainer, you will cooperate closely with business and end users in trying to identify the issues they are facing and helping them solve it, also to understand their specific needs for data extraction. You will cooperate with process experts, third party vendors and testers in relation to development, problem correction and testing activities. You will be involved in fulfilling support services and work according to agile methodology.

Requirements

What we expect:

  • experience with:
    • MS SQL
    • SSIS
    • .NET C#
  • ability to  create trust, work alone as well as being a good team player
  • willingness to learn new things
  • good English language skills
