TECHNICAL DELIVERY LEAD

Strategic Staffing Solutions International client, an international consulting firm, specializes in custom software solutions for the capital markets industry. The Company brings proven capital markets solution design and delivery skills to market by a proven delivery model and ability to effectively manage people and processes across globally distributed delivery teams.

Currently Company is looking for:
TECHNICAL DELIVERY LEAD

Main responsibilities:
• Managing small to medium size development team that consist of testers, back-end and front-end developers.
• Hands-on input to the development of the product.
• Working closely with client engagement team consisting of a senior Business Analyst, Project Manager and UI/UX Designer to ensure project development is meeting deadlines and expectations of the client.
• Coordinating the progress of the project and managing all required deliverables.
• Communicate challenges and provide technical solutions for the Project team.
• Serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources.

• Extensive experience with either back-end (Java) or front-end (JavaScript) technologies; preferably both (i.e. full-stack).
• Extensive experience in leading a development team.
• Strong object-oriented programming and design skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Agile plugin.
• Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High energy with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• General understanding of common design patterns, GoF design patterns.
• General understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• GIT-based source control and branching.
• Continuous Integration – Jenkins, Team City or Hudson.

Advantageous skills:
• Experience in designing/building micro-services or service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with Scrum, certified Scrum Master.
• Deployment Automation experience.
• Previous experience from working in a company within Finance Industry
