Job Description

Within this role, you will:

  • Maintain the bank’s user profiles including credit limits (add/remove users, modify user profiles).
  • Execute scheduled and ad-hoc FX purchases.
  • Monitor cash pools and balance regulation.
  • Maintain Trinity Treasury Management System user profiles (add/remove users, change user profiles)and register transactions in Trinity.
  • Support Insurance operations by collecting relevant information from Mediq business units, registering required documents and preparing reports to insurers.
  • Maintain bank accounts and KYC (opening/closing bank accounts, collecting, and preparing “know-your-customer” documents).
  • Prepare monthly/ quarterly Treasury reports.
  • Manage the Treasury inbox and respond to incoming queries.
  • Assist Treasury Manager with day-to-day treasury operations.
  • Support AR/AP team with day-to-day activities.
  • Perform and deliver high quality work defined by relevant and agreed KPIs.
  • Participate in the Continuous Improvement culture while proactively suggesting and implementing improvement ideas.

Requirements

  • Degree in Banking, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of Banking/Treasury/Accounting or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-toend processes.
  • Treasury experience is considered as an advantage.
  • Must be proactive.
  • Strong administrative skills & attention to details.
  • Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
