Quality contracts coordinator to work in Pabradė / Kokybės sutarčių koordinatorius darbo vieta Pabradė

Main responsibility:

Coordinating, status monitoring and tracking the progress of quality agreements preparation with suppliers/contractors, concerning that they are operating within the confines of the terms of the quality agreement; i.e. ensuring that purchased, contracted- subcontracted or otherwise received products (components, manufacturing materials, in-process devices, finished products, etc.) or services conform to specified requirements and any applicable regulatory requirements, to assure quality, safety and effectiveness of manufactured products/ performed services in Intersurgical manufacturing sites in Lithuania, Guernsey and Wokingham.

Basic Qualifications: · High University education; · Experience in working with Suppliers/ Contractors agreements management, desirable under quality requirements or legal experience in working with agreements/contracts preparation; · Understanding and performing risk assessments on quality key activities in suppliers/ contractors management and providing recommendations for continuous quality improvements; · To plan and organize jobs under responsibilities, · High level of accuracy and attention to details; · Perfect verbal and written communication skills in English & Lithuanian; · Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team; · Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook.. Preffered Qualifications: · Consultancy skills; · Quality documents preparation skills (procedures, instructions and etc.); · Experience in working with suppliers/ contractors quality technical agreements under ISO standards/ GMP requirements.
