Internal audits of Quality System, to assure it is in compliance with the established quality system requirements (company policy, procedures and specifications) at Intersurgical manufacturing sites in Lithuania, Wokingham and Guernsey, and to determine the effectiveness of the quality system, reviewing procedures of activities relating to the Quality System and areas of the company in which the Quality System is implemented, to ensure adequacy and compliance with the regulation and to determine whether the procedures are being effectively implemented.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
· High University education, Master degree;
· Internal auditors certificate and job experience in doing internal quality audits, preparing checklists (ISO standards);
· Audit reports writing skills (in English desirable), data collecting, organizing, analyzing, summarizing and concluding;
· Understanding and performing risk assessments on quality key activities and providing recommendations for continuous quality improvements;
· Ability and skills to review regulatory requirements and assess compliance with established quality system;
· To plan and organize jobs under responsibilities,
· High level of accuracy and attention to details;
· Verbal and written communication skills in English & Lithuanian;
· Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team;
· Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook.
