Job Description

Main Duties:
• Major responsibility for the achievement of sales targets by strengthening client relationships
• Enhancing the cooperation with existing clients by cross sell Global Blue products to existing accounts and enlarging the portfolio with new clients
• In-depth understanding of new business targets to guarantee successful delivery
• Management of account specific contractual obligations
• Raising the Customer relationship management to the next level
• Monitor and manage debts level of assigned accounts and minimise bed debts exposure
• Provide trainings and knowhow transfer to improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
• Actively look to increase existing business with clients as well as new for new clients.
• Produce convincing and up to date Business Statistics analysis, give informative presentation and lead productive discussions and follow up with agreed actions
• Set up an action plan and store visits in line with company segmentation model
• Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity

Requirements

Experience and Education:
• Genuine sales talent with strong result orientation, passion and determination to reach sales targets
• About 1-2 years’ experience in the field of account management ideally in retail or with financial services
• Experience in setting up and giving training sessions
• Basic English mainly reading
• Some IT understanding an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office products
